Minimum Order Value

Due to the specialist nature of many of the items we source and sell, it has become increasingly difficult to fulfil small orders quickly and cost-effectively. It has therefore become necessary to increase our minimum order value to £100+VAT and we ask that customers allow several days for orders to be processed.

European Union

Orders from countries within the EU will usually be dispatched with 24hrs, subject to stock availability.
Items are sent by DPD from the UK. (These prices include VAT).

Orders from countries outside the European Union will usually be dispatched within 24hrs, subject to stock availability. Items are sent Air Mail or Air Sure from the UK and subject to international postal times. Larger orders are sent via express international courier.

Please note: we take no responsibility for any taxes or duties that you may required to pay on your order. Please be aware that customs in the recipient country may hold items until applicable taxes and duties are settled. Please consider these issues when ordering.

Returns Policy

No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA code

At, we offer a 14-day return period. Any errors, transit damages or missing parts must be reported within 7 days of receipt of your order, we cannot rectify issues after this time. Any consumable item, such as pens and inks, must be in perfect, unused and sealed (where applicable) condition to qualify for refund. We're sorry - but we can't take back unwanted items that have been opened - as they cannot be sold and in the case of pens and inks, it's impossible to determine if they've been used once the packaging is opened.

Please note, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that they order the correct item.

Your Statutory Rights

Cooling-off Period

  • By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
  • To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please contact us to request a returns reference number and you will be given details concerning the return of your item.
  • Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.
  • For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
  • Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
  • As soon as we receive you returned order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item -we cannot refund the postage charge unless it was included in the purchase price.
