The PL-521 and PL-720 are the leaders in their class. The screen is glimmer free, allowing the user to concentrate fully on the work in hand, without glare or reflection. The screen is large enough to hold a large amount of applications on screen at a maximum resolution of 1280 x 1024 pixels.

Works directly on the Screen with Quick Navigation 

• The PL-521 and PL720 allow the user to work directly on the screen, and use the monitor as an interface to there computer, be it a Macintosh or a PC.
• The Pen quickly navigates around the monitor due to the Absolute Positioning. The monitor will 'detect' the pen above its surface (in the region of 6mm).
• What is absolute positioning? Where-ever you put the pen on the monitor, your cursor will be directly underneath it.

Tiltable Stand

The PL-521 and PL-720 can tilt between as far down as 18 degrees from the horizontal and as far up as 73 degrees. Set up the angle of comfort you want for your presentation or workspace.

PL Pen - Cordless, Battery-Less and Pressure Sensitive

The pen is lightweight, durable and works without any batteries. There are two switches on the pen which are freely programmable for your favourite shortcuts. The monitor can 'sense' 512 levels of pressure when the pen nib is applied to the monitor.

Pen Rest

A pen rest has been created for the PL 720. The pen can sit comfortably at the top of the monitor when not in use.

Seamless Integration with Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Adobe Acrobat

• The PL-521 and PL-720 are the perfect hardware companion for Microsoft Word. A user can write directly into a word using the hand writing recognition component (Windows Only).
• Microsoft Powerpoint Presentations and Adobe Acrobat Documents can be easily navigated, notes and comments can be made with blinding speed.

Additional USB 2.0 Connections X 2

The PL-521 & PL 720 has two USB 2.0 Connections on either side of the Monitor. This is excellent for connecting external devices, such as USB Pen Drives holding presentations, an additional keyboard, USB presentation remote controls, with the multitude of USB devices the list is endless!!

An additional VGA (RGB) out connector

The PL 720 exceeds the PL710 with a new additional VGA Out connection to connect to SXGA Resolution Projectors. This allows for a streamline installation and integration with the current range of projectors without having to acquire an additional VGA 'splitter' box.
