AutoZoomCam keeps one designated object constant in size while the camera moves. The camera zooms in and out automatically, in exact proportion to the distance between the camera and TargetMesh node. The TargetMesh node can be bound to any animated object. For example if the TargetMesh is attached to a car that is moving away from the camera, Craft AutoZoomCam will change the zoom in exact proportion to the car’s speed.Craft AutoZoomCam receives input based on the distance of the TargetMesh from the camera. Craft AutoZoomCam is a passive camera and is usually bound to another camera, for example Craft ObserverCam, to enable lateral movements. Craft AutoZoomCam itself does not rotate or translate on command. Any translation or rotation must come from another camera or object. Craft AutoZoomCam is available for 3ds Max and Maya.
